Andalucía é quente e colorida, várias religiões aqui se encontraram nem sempre de forma pacifica mas que deixaram marca na sua arquitetura e gastronomia, onde o salmorejo ganha ao gazpacho, o rabo de toro marca presença em todas as cartas e se chegamos até ao mar o “pescaíto” frito ou na brasa é indispensável. Sevilha tem a sua Giralda, a Mesquita de Córdoba é um monumento a não perder mas Granada leva o prémio de concentrar tanta beleza arquitetónica num só lugar. Recentemente conhecemos Málaga e foi mais uma boa surpresa, parece que as cidades da Andalucía são todas iguais mas há provas do contrário.

Andalucía is warm and colorful, several religions here have not always been found in a peaceful way but they left a mark on its architecture and gastronomy, where the salmorejo wins the gazpacho, the tail of the bull marks all the letters and if we arrive to the sea “pescaíto” fried or grilled is indispensable. Seville has its Giralda, the Mosque of Cordoba is a monument not to be missed but Granada takes the prize for concentrating so much architectural beauty in one place. We recently visited Malaga and it was more a good surprise, it seems that the cities of Andalucía are all the same but there is evidence to the contrary.
