No meu regresso a Praga, outra vez por trabalho consegui dar uma “escapadela” do hotel e jantar fora. Fui com uns amigos que vivem na cidade e com cozinha aberta á hora a que cheguei era dos poucos, por isso fomos ao Marina com um excelente vista para o rio Moldava e para o Castelo de Praga.
On my return to Prague, again for work I managed to get away from the hotel and have dinner outside. I went with friends who live in the city and with open kitchen at the time I arrived there were only a few, so we went to the Marina with a great view of the Vltava river and Prague Castle.
Ficámos numa mesa junto á janela com as melhores vistas. Na carta encontramos todos os pratos clássicos da cozinha italiana e pedimos para começar uma mozzarella de Búfala com azeitonas, tomate cherry e molho pesto. Os segundos brilharam mais, uma boa lasanha de carne e o prato que eu comi foi um risotto de cogumelos que estava óptimo. Pedimos ainda uma sobremesa para partilhar que foi o Tiramisú, feito com mascarpone e com um sabor mais subtil que para mim foi óptimo que não sou a maior fã de este tipo doce. O jantar ficou uns 20€ por pessoa e foi uma boa experiência com comida correcta e uma vista fantástica.
We stayed at a table by the window with the best views. In the menu we find all the classic dishes of Italian cuisine and we ordered to start a buffalo mozzarella with olives, cherry tomatoes and pesto sauce. The seconds were better, a good meat lasagna and the dish I ate was a mushroom risotto that was great. We also ordered a dessert to share that was the Tiramisu, made with mascarpone and with a more subtle flavor that for me was good since I am not the biggest fan of this sweet. Dinner was about € 20 per person and was a good experience with correct food and a fantastic view.
