The first thing people usually ask when they see this Hot Dog first is: “How do I eat this?”. We took some time to eat the famous Hot Dogs Cascais, first in the van that was parked near the beach, then in a small shopping center and now on Avenida Valbom, yet we never managed to find the best technique. We decided that the important thing is to eat this fantastic hot dog complete (for just under € 4) without fear of having stains on your clothes or to have some picture on Facebook with a face full of that special sauce that makes it even better.

É uma conhecida rua de comércio no centro do Porto, não tão conhecida como a Santa Catarina e as suas lojas não são das mais modernas como as que podemos ver no Centro Comercial Bombarda.
Conhecida pelo seu retábulo em talha dourada no altar-mor e pela sua fachada lateral feita de azulejos, a Igreja do Carmo foi construída no século XVIII nos estilos barroco e rococó. Na fachada podemos ver o profeta Elias e o seu discípulo Eliseu. Foi inspirada no modo de vida do profeta que a Ordem Terceira do Carmo foi fundada.Known for its gilded altarpiece on the high altar and the side façade made of tile, the Carmo Church was built in the eighteenth century in a baroque and rococó style. In front we see the prophet Elijah and his disciple Elisha. It was inspired by the life of the Prophet that the Third Order of Mount Carmel was founded.
