I lived in Lisbon the golden age of the Santo Amaro docks now far from the city I do not know if it continues but the truth is that almost all the Spaniards who traveled with me on this trip wanted to go there. I did not even remembered of some of its restaurants, a favorite of the group was the Doca Peixe (Fish dock) with its showcase of fresh fish and seafood inviting beyond its terrace overlooking the Tagus and Bridge.

There are several works by national artists we found inside, scattered in the social areas of the hotel and outside we can find a small garden with some sculptures. It has a curiosity there is an App to learn more about these works of art. One of the hotel’s strengths is also its view of the city mainly to the Marquis of Pombal, we can enjoy it from the hotel bar or the large balconies of the rooms. And speaking of the bedrooms I have to say I was a little disappointed with mine, I found it quite large but very dated and I think the Ritz Four Seasons needs a little update in what concerns the decoration of the rooms. Another strong point is undoubtedly the breakfast plentiful, varied and above all with enough quality. The Ritz also has a spa that I did not get to visit and which is freely accessible for its guests. It was a pleasant stay here that I do not think I can repeat the price of the rooms but maybe I can go back to go for example to its Sushi Bar.
