Continua o “boom” da comida asiática em Madrid, abrem restaurantes de baos, dim sums, ramen, etc.. Não há muito tempo só podias ir ao Tuk Tuk em Chamberí no limite com a Chueca, a este somaram três novos sitios um deles o da Calle Alcalá que visitámos no principio de este ano. Íamos com uma missão, provar o seu bao e voltar a comer essas “brochetas” de frango com molho de amendoim que nos fez lamber os dedos quando as provámos por primeira vez.
