A filha do Sanchez chama-se Rosío e antes de abrir a sua taqueria Hija de Sanchez, trabalhou no famoso Noma na parte de pastelaria. Fiel ás suas raízes, podemos ver as tortillas de milho serem feitas no local e no momento, os recheios elaborados com os melhores ingredientes etc.. Foi uma das melhores comidas que tivémos na cidade e fomos ao do Meatpacking District.
