Madrid é uma cidade rica em museus e não falo apenas de quantidade, a variedade também é importante e se só falamos dos três mais famosos temos um fim de semana em cheio: Prado, Reina Sofia e Thyssen, com colecções permanentes que variam da arte antiga á moderna, contam também com as mais interessantes exposições temporais. Jamais esquecerei as filas no Reina Sofia para ver a exposição de Dali. Alguns dos meus favoritos são mais románticos, são antigas casas de empresarios influentes do século XIX ou inicios de XX que agora servem para mostrar as suas colecções. Mas não se fica por aquí, há também o Museu da Cera, da História Natural, de Arqueología e até de um Clube de Futebol. Aquí fica a nossa lista dos que já visitámos.

Madrid is a city rich in museums and I am not only talking about quantity, the variety is also important and if we only talk about the three most famous we have a full weekend: Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen, with permanent collections ranging from ancient art Modern, also have the most interesting temporary exhibitions. I will never forget the queues at the Reina Sofia to see Dali’s exhibition. Some of my favorites are more romantic, they are old houses of influential entrepreneurs of the nineteenth or early twenties that now serve to showcase their collections. But do not stay here, there is also the Wax Museum, Natural History, Archeology and even a Football Club. Here is our list of the ones we have visited.
