Tem um nome complicado mas é a rua mais emblemática de Salzburgo. É nela que está a casa onde nasceu Mozart e onde em 1923 se inaugurou um café com o seu nome.
Mas o que realmente mais me marcou nesta rua foram os seus letreiros anunciando as lojas que estão instaladas nos seus edificios medievais. E todos têm que cumprir esta tradição basta ver por exemplo o da Zara.
It has a complicated name but it’s the most emblematic street of Salzburg. This is where we can see the house where Mozart was born and where in 1923 a coffee opened with his name. But what really struck me in this street were it’s signs advertising stores that are located in its medieval buildings. And everyone has to fulfill this tradition just see eg Zara.

Jardim do Palácio Mirabell – Salzburgo, Áustria

A seguir á nossa viagem a Salzburgo tive que ver o “Música no Coração” outra vez. Não me lembrava de quase nada do filme e depois vi que numa das músicas mais famosas do filme em que Maria leva os filhos de Von Trapp a dar um passeio por Salzburgo cantando o Do Re Mi e na parte final entram no jardin Mirabell.
Subsequent to our trip to Salzburg had to see “The Sound of Music” again. I did not remember almost nothing of the movie and then saw that one of the most famous songs of the movie where Maria leads the children of the Von Trapp take a stroll through Salzburg singing Do Re Mi and at the end enter the jardin Mirabell.

Castelo de Hohensalzburg – Salzburgo, Áustria

Assente no topo da colina de Festungsberg, esta fortaleza tem uma vista priveligiada para a cidade de Salzburgo que é um dos principais motivos pelos quais se deve visitá-la. A dimensão da sua estrutura impõe e surpreende quando fazes a visita ver como era inicialmente e toda a evolução que sofreu para se tornar num dos maiores castelos medievais da Europa.

Set on top of the Festungsberg hill, this fortress has a privileged view of the city of Salzburg which is one of the main reasons why one should visit it. The size of its structure imposes and surprises you when you make the visitor see how it was initially and all the evolution it has undergone to become one of the largest medieval castles in Europe.
