O bairro da Chueca é muito conhecido pela sua vida boémia, pelo seu carácter mais artístico e principalmente pelo seu grande mix multicultural. Recuperado de décadas de decadência e de tráfico de droga, atraiu a uma população jovem e é muitas vezes apontado como o bairro onde os gays se fixaram, é verdade mas não totalmente.
A arte encontra aqui a liberdade para expressar-se e é um local que já esteve mais na moda que está hoje em dia (Malasaña também luta pelo seu lugar ao sol), ainda assim não deixa de encher os muitos restaurantes que por ali estão e tem o Mercado de San Antón que ajudou ainda mais a revitalizar a zona.
The Chueca neighborhood is well known for its bohemian life, its most artistic nature and especially for its great multicultural mix. Recovered from decades of decay and drug trafficking, attracted a young population and is often pointed as the neighborhood where gays settled, it is true but not totally. 
Art finds here the freedom to express itself and is a place that was more trendy tan is today (Malasaña also fighting for their place in the sun), still it does not fail to fill the many restaurants around there  and It has the San Antón Market which helped to further revitalize the area.

De tanto procurar o melhor hamburguer de Madrid ou melhor Indiano fica a faltar as melhores pizzas da cidade, porque as melhores tapas são bem mais fáceis, há muitos por onde procurar.

Uma simples busca no Google:”la mejor pizza de Madrid” fui parar a um outro blog onde sugeriam esta pizzaria ou trattoria. Mais ainda, diz-se que é um local onde os italianos que vivem em Madrid gostam de ir comer, bom…credenciais não lhe faltavam.

In both seek the best burger or best Indian of Madrid it is missing the best pizzas in town, because the best tapas are much easier, there are many where to look for.
A simple Google search: la mejor pizza de Madrid” (the best pizza in Madrid) we ended up in another blog that suggested this pizzeria or trattoria. Moreover, it said that it is a place where Italians living in Madrid like to go eat, well … it didn’t lacked credentials.

Renascem os mercados em Madrid. Já lá vai o tempo onde os únicos sitios onde comprávamos frescos era no mercado ou no mini-mercado, hoje em dia junta-se á palavra o super e o hiper, o que reduziu o número de compradores também por menor competitividade dos preços. Mas nada pode substituir essa qualidade na hora de atender nem a qualidade dos seus produtos que dificilmente encontramos nas grandes superficies.
The markets are reborn in Madrid. Gone are the days where the only places where we bought fresh products was in the market, today we have to add the word super and hyper before market, which reduced the number of buyers also because of less competitive prices. But nothing can replace that quality time of the people that attend to you neither the quality of their products that is hard to findd in large supermarkets.
