A nossa passagem por Oxford foi de apenas um dia, conseguimos almoçar e ainda houve tempo para o lanche. Passeávamos perto das universidades e fica perto da de Jesus, Exeter e Lincoln, chamou-nos a atenção pelas suas grandes janelas com um balcão onde podes sentar-te, tomar um café e ver as pessoas a passar.

Our passage through Oxford was only for one day, we had lunch, and there was still time for lunch. We wandered close to the universities and close to Jesus, Exeter and Lincoln, drew our attention through its large windows with a counter where you can sit, have coffee and watch people go by. Se vens a Inglaterra tens que comer as suas tartes salgadas, se vens a Oxford eu diría que tens que experimentar o Pieminister.  E porquê? Porque podes fazer até uma degustação de tartes se vais com mais gente porque o conceito gira á volta de vários sabores e combinações, em tamanhos mais razoáveis que depois podes combinar com acompanhamentos á escolha. Tudo num ambiente descontraído numa sala pequena de mesas corridas e mais tranquilo do que talvez os seus outros restaurantes como em Londres.

If you come to England you have to eat its salty pies, if you come to Oxford I would say you have to try Pieminister. It’s because? Because you can even make a tart tasting if you go with more people because the concept revolves around various flavors and combinations, in more reasonable sizes that you can then combine with accompaniments of your choice. All in a relaxed atmosphere in a small room of tables and quieter than perhaps its other restaurants in London.
