Uma das primeiras recomendações do nosso hotel foi uma visita ao Cabo Vidio e depois de deixar as malas, vendo que se aproximava a hora do pôr do sol decidimos ir conhecê-lo. Fica na localidade de Oviñana e oferece uma vista fantástica da zona costeira do municipio de Cudillero, foi um dos primeiros momentos da nossa mini-viagem e foi incrível.

One of the first recommendations of our hotel was a visit to Cabo Vidio and after leaving the suitcases in, seeing that it was approaching sunset time we decided to go and discover it. It is in the locality of Oviñana and offers a fantastic view of the coastal area of the municipality of Cudillero, it was one of the first moments of our mini-trip and it was incredible.

O primeiro miradouro onde parámos tinha um barco pesqueiro construído em Luanco, esta foi a parte preferida dos miúdos que também apreciaram a beleza do cenário, com o sol a baixar em direcção á linha do horizonte e as grandes praias com os seus impressionantes acantilados. Chegámos depois ao Cabo Vidio, já o sol estava quase a pôr-se e o cenário continuava igual de bonito. O farol foi construído nos anos 50 e junto a ele encontramos (para nossa surpresa) uma food truck, La Soluneta. Com um menu que inclui um hamburguer de cachopo parecia uma boa opção, como faltava ainda para jantar acabámos por comer noutro restaurante mas bem nos arrependemos, este teria sido um bom sitio. The first viewpoint where we stopped had a fishing boat built in Luanco, this was the favorite part of the kids who also appreciated the beauty of the scenery, with the sun going down towards the horizon and the great beaches with their impressive cliffs. We arrived at Cabo Vidio after, the sun was almost set and the scenery was just as beautiful. The lighthouse was built in the 50’s and next to it we found (to our surprise) a food truck, La Soluneta. With a menu that includes the cachopo burger it looked like a good option, as it was still some time until dinner we ended up eating at another restaurant but we regret it, this would have been a good place.
