Passámos várias vezes pelo Cherry Pecas a caminho de outros restaurantes, uma delas foi quando visitámos o Madreat, já nos tinha chamado a atenção e decidimos experimentar. Dizem que são um restaurante de Mexditerranean food, comida mexicana de fusão com ingredientes típicos da nossa zona e é verdade que para ser um Tex Mex, nota-se a boa qualidade da sua materia prima, os tomates do pico de gallo são óptimos, o abacate do guacamole marca a diferença, etc..
We passed by Cherry Cherry several times on the way to other restaurants, one was when we visited Madreat, it had already caught our eye and we decided to try it. They say that they are a restaurant of Mexditerranean food, Mexican fusion food with typical ingredients of our area and it is true that to be a Tex Mex, you can notice the good quality of its raw material, the pico de gallo tomatoes are great, the Avocado guacamole makes the difference, etc.
A decoração também foge ao conceito tradicional de um restaurante mexicano, optando por um ambiente acolhedor, moderno, colorido q.b. e uma parede com uma grande caveira desenhada por malmequeres. Quanto á comida, tens que pagar primeiro e depois numa zona fazes o teu pedido na outra vais recolher a bebida, em teoria não tem serviço ás mesas mas sim que te trazem a comida quando o pedido está pronto. Começámos com uns nachos com queijo, pedimos alguns sem porque os miúdos nem sempre são fãs, não eram excepcionais. Seguiu-se a quesadilla mista que pedimos também para os mais pequenos, não é o tipo de prato que mais brilha pela sua simplicidade e é daqueles que podes fazer em casa, mas os miúdos adoram por isso pedimos. Seguiu-se o combo de tacos em que os favoritos foram o pastor, o alambre e o pecas. No final ficou cerca de 35€ o total da refeição para dois adultos e duas crianças.

We started with some nachos with cheese, we ordered some without because the kids are not always fans, they were not exceptional. It was followed by the quesadilla with cheese and ham that we ask also for the little ones, is not the type of dish that shines because of its simplicity and is of those that you can do at home, but the kids love it so we ordered. It was followed by the combo of tacos in which the favorites were the Pastor, the Alambre and the Pecas. At the end it was about € 35 the total meal for two adults and two children.
