A vizinha da Praia da Duquesa é mais pequena em largura mas compensa com maior profundidade de areal, ainda assim fica totalmente cheia no Verão principalmente nos fins de semana e quando a maré baixa as duas ficam unidas. Localizada entre o Hotel Albatroz e a Casa Faial, tem um dos entornos mais bonitos com os chalets renovados que vemos junto á mesma e também a Ermida Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
The neighbor of Praia da Duquesa is smaller in width but compensates with a greater depth of sand, still it gets totally full in the summer mainly at weekends and when the tide is lower the two beaches are connected. Located between the Hotel Albatroz and Casa Faial, it has one of the most beautiful surroundings with the renovated chalets we see next to it and also the Nossa Senhora da Conceição church.
Completa com um bom número de chapéus de sol e cadeiras de Praia para alugar, tem cafés, casa de banho e outras infraestruturadas importantes para o seu bom funcionamente. Fica a poucos passos do centro de Cascais e chegamos a ir buscar comida a algum sitio favorito dada a proximidade. A água é cristalina, não tem algas nem rochas na primeira linha e a temperatura varia das marés mas já sabemos que não são as mais quentes do país. O maior desafio é o estacionamento que é complicado mas no centro há um de pago e fica muito perto da estação de comboios de Cascais.
Complete with a good number of beach umbrellas and chairs to rent, it has cafes, bathroom and other infrastructures important for its good functioning. It is a few steps from the center of Cascais and sometimes we get food there of some favorite place given the proximity. The water is crystal clear, there are no algae or rocks in the first line and the temperature varies from the tides but we already know that they are not the hottest in the country. The biggest challenge is parking which is tricky but in the center there is a paid parking lot and is very close to the Cascais train station.
