Tínhamos duas gelatarias na nossa lista a visitar no Porto: a Sincelo e a Cremosi. Não calhou ir á primeira mas fomos á segunda que ficava na Mouzinho da Silveira perto do nosso hotel. Tem um espaço agradável dividido entre dois andares onde o primeiro é bastante mais tranquilo, pedimos primeiro ao balcão e depois escolhemos uma mesa junto a uma das suas grandes janelas no piso inferior.
We had two ice cream parlors on our list to visit in Oporto: the Sincelo and Cremosi. we did not go to the first but went to the second which was at the Mouzinho da Silveira close to our hotel. It has a nice space divided between two floors where the first is much more quiet, we ordered first in the counter and then chose a table next to one of the large windows on the lower floor.
Tem uma excelente variedade de sabores entre gelados e sorbets, fazendo jus ao nome achei-os cremosos e representativos dos sabores que vendem. Por exemplo, pedi o de Pistacho e era um retrato fiel ao seu sabor. Outro dos que provámos foi o do melhor Bolo de Chocolate do Mundo, uma excelente maneira de comer chocolate num gelado. Um dos êxitos de Cremosi são os seus crepes com gelados combinando toppings á escolha, era um dos mais pedidos e não fosse o facto de ter petiscado antes na Mercearia das Flores talvez houvesse espaço para provar um. Um gelado de duas bolas custa 2,80€ e também têm a opção de servir em pedra fria (como já comemos aqui em Madrid), os crepes custam 4,80€ com duas bolas + 1,10€ com dois toppings.
It has a great variety of flavors of ice cream and sorbets, living up to the name I found them creamy and representative of the flavors they sell. For example, I ordered the Pistachio and was a true picture of its taste. Another that we tasted was the best World Chocolate Cake, a great way to eat chocolate in an ice cream. One of the Cremosi successes are their crepes with ice cream toppings by choice, it was one of the most requested and if it was not the fact that snacked before at the Mercearia das Flores there might be room to taste one. An ice cream with two scoups costs € 2.80 and also have the option to serve in cold stone (as have eaten here in Madrid), the crepes cost € 4.80 with two scoups + € 1.10 with two toppings.
