Por fora é pequena, simples e com alguns detalhes interessantes característicos da arquitetura bizantina tudo para disfarçar um interior rico em ornamentos, em cor graças aos mosaicos e aos frescos onde se destacam os da cúpula central com Jesus Cristo ao centro. Tenho muita pena que não se pode fotografar o seu interior para trazer comigo memórias da sua beleza.
