O seu exterior é complicado apreciar como um todo porque as estreitas ruas da cidade não te permitem distanciar o suficiente mas há uma fachada que podemos ver desde a praça do Ayuntamiento. Nela estão três portas, a do centro que é do Perdão tem por cima um trabalho de esculturas que representa a Última Ceia. A construção começou no século XIII mas prolongou-se por mais de dois séculos, o que levou á tal mistura de estilos desde o gótico passando pelo mudéjar.

A entrada está numa lateral na porta Llana ao lado da Porta de los Leones. Desde aí entramos ao maravilhoso interior da Catedral com as suas ogivas de estilo gótico, o seu coro trabalhado e o espectacular retábulo do Altar-Mor representando os episódios mais importantes da vida de Cristo. A riqueza presente no seu interior é a clara prova da importância da cidade de Toledo, outrora capital do reino.

Its exterior is difficult to appreciate as a whole because the narrow streets did not allow you enough distance but there is a facade that we could see from the square of Ayuntamiento. In it are three doors, the one in the middle is the Forgiveness where above is a work of sculpture representing the Last Supper. Construction began in the thirteenth century but lasted for over two centuries, which led to such a mix of styles from Gothic through the Mudejar.
The entrance is on a side on the Llana door next to door los Leones. From there we walked to the wonderful interior of the Cathedral with its Gothic arches, its worked choir and great altarpiece of the high altar depicting the most important episodes from the life of Christ. The wealth inside is the clear evidence of the importance of the city of Toledo, former capital of the kingdom.
