Esta é uma road trip pensada nas cidades onde podemos encontrar uma grande parte do património histórico e cultural de Portugal. Lisboa e Porto são sempre as principais, Braga, Évora e Sintra já começaram a ter muitos fãs mas é igualmente interessante por dar a conhecer o Mosteiro da Batalha, o Convento de Cristo em Tomar ou berço da nação em Guimarães.

This is a road trip designed in cities where we can find a large part of Portugal’s historical and cultural heritage. Lisbon and Porto are always the main ones, Braga, Évora and Sintra have already started to have a lot of fans but it is equally interesting for making known the Batalha Monastery, the Convent of Tomar or the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães.

O 28 e a Sé de Lisboa

A viagem arranca na capital, dois dias são o tempo suficiente para conhecer a sua essência, passear pelas suas ruas admirando a sua arquitetura, visitar o Castelo de S. Jorge e apreciar a vista que tem sobre a cidade. Nestes dois dias é obrigatório sacar partido da grande oferta foodie da cidade para todos os gostos e carteiras, por exemplo do Chef José Avillez a oferta é mais que variada, desde o Belcanto, passando pelo Minibar e acabando no Bairro do Avillez.

The trip starts in the capital, two days is enough time to get to know its essence, stroll through its streets admiring its architecture, visit the Castle of S. Jorge and enjoy the view it has over the city. In these two days it is mandatory to take advantage of the great foodie offer of the city for all tastes and wallets, for example from Chef José Avillez the offer is more than varied, from Belcanto, passing through the Minibar and ending up in the Bairro do Avillez.

Um dos nossos lugares favoritos para comer marisco em Cascais, por ser no mercado é sempre fresco e bem elaborado. Instalado no próprio mercado de Cascais, que se pode ver por umas janelas que deixaram abertas. Logo á entrada está a banca de marisco e é nela que escolhemos o que queremos para depois ser preparado ali ou na cozinha. E é impossível resistir…tanto marisco fresco, tanto por onde escolher e a preços razoáveis porque já sabemos que o marisco não é barato.

One of our favorite places to eat seafood in Cascais, being in the market is always fresh and well prepared. Installed in the Cascais market itself, which can be seen through some windows that were left open. Right at the entrance is the seafood stand and it is there that we choose what we want and then prepare it there or in the kitchen. And it is impossible to resist … so much fresh seafood, so much to choose from and at reasonable prices because we already know that seafood is not cheap.
