É talvez o restaurante com mais história da cidade com a sua luxuosa decoração de estilo Barroco e uma carta que honra alguns dos pratos típicos da cozinha local. Nós fomos á hora do lanche e estava cheio de turistas, curiosos tal como nós em conhecer este famoso lugar onde dizem que três estudantes sérvios a viver em Toulouse que estavam a planear o assassinato do arquiduque da Áustria, Franz Ferdinand evento que leva á Primeira Guerra Mundial.

It is perhaps the restaurant with the most history in the city with its luxurious Baroque decoration and a menu that honors some of the typical dishes of the local cuisine. We went for lunch and it was full of tourists, curious as we were to know this famous place where it is said that three Serbian students living in Toulouse who were planning the assassination of the archduke of Austria, Franz Ferdinand event leading up to the First War Worldwide.

A história não está totalmente documentada, sabe-se que foram três jovens do movimento da Black Hand, o mesmo do autor do assassinato. Mas detalhes á parte, entrar no Bibent é entrar num monumento histórico, cuidadosamente conservado e onde recomendo ir para tomar um café e pouco mais porque é relativamente caro. Para quem quiser gastar um pouco mais nós pedimos um waffle com chocolate.

The story is not fully documented, it is known that there were three young men from the Black Hand movement, the same as the author of the murder. But details aside, entering Bibent is entering a historic monument, carefully preserved and where I recommend going for coffee and a little more because it is relatively expensive. For those who want to spend a little more we order a chocolate waffle.
