Não será o típico restaurante para recomendar a quem visita Málaga mas de vez em quando não queres comer só o típico. O Ramen Nogacu foi dos melhores asiáticos onde comemos em 2017, tem um excelente ramen, umas óptimas gyozas e os baos são de lamber os dedos. Num pequeno local no centro da cidade há um ambiente de lugar de comida caseira e a sensação de ter viajado até ao Japão.
It will not be the typical restaurant to recommend to anyone visiting Malaga but every once in a while you do not want to eat just the typical. Ramen Nogacu was one of the best Asians we ate in 2017, has an excellent ramen, great gyozas and the baos are of licking the fingers. In a small place in the center of the city there is an atmosphere of home cooking place and the feeling of having traveled to Japan.
Igualmente pequena é a carta, não é preciso uma grande para fazer os clientes felizes, com que as poucas receitas que tenham estejam nota vinte o resto não importa. Três variedades de gyozas, umas seis de baos e três ramen, já está. Facilita a escolha e aumenta a eficiência na cozinha. Para começar não podiam faltar os edamame com um bom ponto de sal. Depois vieram as gyozas recheadas com carne de porco e muito sabor. Os baos também eles de porco estavam para lamber os dedos e depois tivémos um pequeno problema, esqueceram-se do Ramen e depois de muito tempo de espera tivémos que reclamar, outro restaurante e estaríamos zangados, mas o atendimento foi sempre tão simpático até ali que não deixámos que fosse um problema maior. Valeu a pena espera, servem um bom ramen bem acompanhado e com bom equilibrio entre o caldo e os ingredientes (Já me canso um pouco de comer noodles com caldo e que lhe chamem Ramen).

Then came the dumplings stuffed with pork and lots of flavor. The pigs also had to lick their fingers and then we had a little problem, they forgot about Ramen and after long waiting we had to complain, another restaurant and we would be angry, but the service was always so friendly up to this point that we did not let it be a bigger problem. Worth the wait, serve a good well-balanced ramen and with a good balance between the broth and the ingredients (I can get tired of eating noodles with broth and call it Ramen).
